The Adams Street Shul is a warm and friendly modern Orthodox shul that serves a diverse congregation. We provide a place for prayer, learning, and spiritual growth, and a social environment where we foster a strong sense of community.
Our members span all ages including singles, married couples, young families with growing children, and older couples with married children and grandchildren.
When you visit on a Shabbat or holiday, please be sure to stay for kiddish to meet our members!!
Please join us for services or any programming throughout the year! All events are listed on our calendar page.
Once you visit us, you will see how wonderful it is to be a member of Newton's oldest synagogue (built in 1912!) and one of the last of Boston's small neighborhood shuls still operating as a Jewish house of worship.
Our president (president@adamsstreet.org) is happy to provide more information or any questions!
