The Adams Street Shul

Congregation Agudas Achim Anshei Sfard

May 1st was our fifth annual "Picnic With the Trees."  God gave us a gorgeous day for it, and volunteers did the rest.

Many thanks to Sarah and Jordan Wagner for hosting the event;  to Binyamin Fleischmann, Rabbi Shachter, and Rabbi Yaffe for giving wonderful presentations;  to Nechama Fleischmann for shopping for the food;  and to John Negrotti of Silver Lake Liquors for donating the fine wines and plenty of ice to keep all the beverages cool!

If you missed the event itself, you can still catch some of the learning:  videos of some of the presentations are now available on the website.

All in all, an auspicious beginning; can Lag B'omer be far behind?

A Modern Community

We hope you will visit us when you visit Boston. If you live here, we hope you will participate in our educational classes, religious services, and holiday celebrations.

A Historic Shul

The Adams Street Shul is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We are now in our second century of service to the Jewish community.

Part of our mission is to preserve and maintain this historic building, with the help of many supportive friends.
