The Adams Street Shul

On September 18, 2011, we had a wonderful party in honor of Dr. Howard Bleich that kicked off our Centennial celebrations.  We recorded the event, so now you can enjoy the video on our website!

There was live music from the Newton Swing Band; wonderful tributes, both moving and humorous, from Rabbi Weinberg and Dr. Allan Bleich; a proclamation from the City of Newton; warm emceeing by Event Chair Beri Gilfix and synagogue President Benyomin Fleischmann; and of course a wonderful address by the honoree himself, including a lot of fascinating Shul history.
