JERUSAL2This Sunday, starting at 10 am, there will be a celebration of Jerusalem Day.  The family fun includes rides for little kids and for teenagers, a balloon artist, roving clown, face-painting, kosher hot dogs, and more. 

SiegelMike radio conservativeStage presentations begin at 12:30 pm, including many bands, emceed by radio personality Mike Siegel, plus addresses by documentary film-maker Charles Jacobs of APT, and others.   This will continue until 3:30 pm.

Nonantum Welcome Sign 286X190This Sunday, from 11:30 to 3:00 is the annual Nonantum Village Day, featuring free rides, bouncy house, face-painting, musical performances, other diverse family fun, and innumerable exhibitors -- including the Adams Street Shul.  

Come for the whole event, bring your family for a great time, but spend some of the time staffing our exhibit.  Thanks.

2006 07 IsraelRallyJoin us this Sunday as the Adams Street Shul marches in the parade down Beacon Street to celebrate Jerusalem Day.  (Young children and the elderly can ride in the golf carts.) 

We'll assemble at the Newton Center village green, in front of the Walgreens, between 3:00 and 3:15.  We'll have a custom banner and Israeli flags. 

The parade starts at 3:30 and lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.  For more information, contact .

membershipicon64The 104th Annual Meeting of the Membership is this coming Monday night, July 6th.

We will receive reports from the Rabbinic Search Committee, as well as from the President and Treasurer. 

It is important that we have a quorum for the election of officers and directors, and for ratification of the budget.  Please make every effort to attend.

The meeting begins at 8:00 pm, preceded by mincha at 7:30 and followed by maariv at 9:15. 


Cheses Noah graduation 2015Mazal Tov to Rabbi Noah Cheses who graduated on May 18th with a Masters Degree in Religion from Yale University.

Noah is now serving as the Assistant Rabbi at Shaarei Shomayim, which is Toronto's largest modern orthodox synagogue.
